The MiG 21 maybe the most famous fighter produced by the former Soviet Union. It took to the sky in 1955 and by the time the production was over, there were almost 10,000 various versions made.
MiG 21 was used by air forces in 60 countries and jet saw the serious combat during Arab-Israeli conflict and Vietnam war.
After more than 55 years since entering into production, MiG-21 is still alive, with constant upgrades to its avionics and engines.
